The Moment I Stopped Calling Myself a Photographer
For years, I called myself a photographer. It was my career, what I studied, and how I found my place in the creative world. But over time, that stopped feeling like the full story. These days, I’m less interested in capturing what’s already there and more interested in making things by hand — and helping other people do the same.
A Shift Toward What’s Real
I spent the greater part of this weekend updating this website to reflect where I am now — not where I’ve been. It marks a shift toward art, process, and choosing what’s real, including letting go of photography and refocusing this space as a studio.
