Route 66: Re-Discovering Abe in Illinois

There are aspects of history we learn from our family. Stories that have been passed down through generations and letters kept through the decades. Abe Lincoln is a part of my story & my family history. At 15, young Abe began working for my Great (x2) Grandfather, James Taylor. Not only did he work the farm for my grandfather, he also handled the ferry across the Anderson River.
