Taking the Grand Canyon Train!

Traveling from Kingman to Williams, AZ, I was smacked with high winds and a rough drive. Taking a break I stopped in Seligman, a popular stop along Route 66 before heading through more extreme white knuckle high winds to the Grand Canyon.

While taking the train in Williams was an awesome experience, especially having Kyle Terpening as our car attendant. It will probably be the only time I take the train. You can ride up and stay at the hotel but if you are riding the same day, you get roughly 4 hours of time to cruise around the rim or hop on another tour bus.

There is so much more I build love to see and plan on making another stop on a future trip. Well done Nature!! The Grand Canyon will not disappoint and I do recommend taking the train, I would however recommend booking a night up at the rim, so you can see both sunrise and sunset, which is I'm 100% certain worth it.
